Since 2008, I have been engaged as shareholder and manager in start-up companies in the healthcare and software sector, gaining extensive practical experience in all stages of a start-up life: from pre-seed to founding, funding, and finally to a successful exit. I have established an international distribution system as well as a company structure in the US. By sharing my experience with my clients, I provide highly practical and efficient solutions. My range of expertise includes corporate law, private and public funding, regulatory compliance, and exit support.
I also engage in real estate law, asset management via inheritance and private foundations.
